Delivery Charges

When paying, your order will be charged with the appropriate amount of postage. The postage will be of 1st Class Recorded Delivery, esitmated delivery time 24-48 hours (not including sundays and bank holidays). A signature will be required on recepit of the package.

Paying by cheque
|
| If you would like to pay by cheque, please contact me with your order requirements before going through the check out. An email will be sent back giving the total amount payable (including delivery charges) to Amy Jane with the address the cheque needs to be sent to. Please be aware that items can not be posted out to the customer until the cheque has fully cleared which takes six bank working days (i.e no weekend days or bank holidays). Amy Jane shall notify the customer of the order being processed until the shipping day. |

Refunds

Every item on this site is handmade by Amy Jane and therefore is generally quite delicate. All items are thoroughly inspected and carefully wrapped in tissue and bubble wrap before being dispatched. If you recieve your purchase in a faulty condition please email me on the day of reciept. If an item is said to be faulty, it will be inspected by Amy Jane for rough handling and accidental damage before a decision will be made on whether the item will be replaced/repaired or not. An email will be sent to you as to what the plan of action will be concerning the item provided the it is sent;
•In its original condition & packaged securely in its original packaging
•Within 7 days of reciept (UK only).
•And has not been worn or used.
The returner is responsible for paying return postage and no postage or shipping costs will be refunded. |
